i'm just trying it out, but the click to get from the forum overview to the forum took like 5 minutes ... at least that part seems to be terribly slow.

Petr,
The site's database was being backed up by between 2 am and 3 am Pacific time last night, that could have added to the delays you were seeing. Sorry for the slow response time.
